Wednesday morning, I weighed in at -2 from the base weight. I did about 25 minutes on the treadmill and ate a little too lightly. I experienced low blood sugar in the afternoon, ate some dinner, and was out for the night at about 7:30. Will try to eat a little more substantially, but not to excess.
TM got on the scale today and did not like what she saw, but rationalized that it can only go down from there. No word from MC or TC, the other two combatants in this battle royal, just yet.
